Tile: Motawi Tile Works “Long Stem Roses”

The carcass and top of the clock are made of Red Oak. The clock face is made from figured Maple, notice the contiguous grain pattern. The clock markers and top plugs are Wenge. The back of the clock is Baltic Birch plywood. The hand painted tile is of Long Stem Roses. The clock is finished with 4 coats of natural Danish Oil, the last coat applied with steel wool and 4 coats of paste wax.
