NGC 6960 Veil Nebula
The Veil nebula is found in the constellation Cygnus. The nebula is a cloud of heated and ionized gases and dust, remnants of a supernova which exploded between 10,000 and 20,000 years ago. It is approximately 2,400 light years from earth. This image was captured in my backyard with a telescope and dedicated astrophotography camera.

ZWO Electronic Automatic Focuser

Optolong L-extreme narrowband filter
ZWO AM5 mount
Imaging data:
Lights: 171 x 3-minute exposures
Darks: 20 x 3 minutes exposures
Flats and Dark Flats: 60 exposures
Processing software:
