IC 405 FLAMING NEBULA

The Flaming Nebula is and emission and reflection nebula in the constellation Auriga. It is approximately 1,500 light years from Earth.. This image was taken from my backyard with a telescope and dedicated astrophotography camera.

Antlia 3nm Ha and Oiii filter

ZWO AM5 mount

Lights: 108 × 5 minute exposures of Ha, 48 × 5 minutes of Oiii, and 96 × 5 minutes of Sii

Darks: 24 × 5 minute exposures

Flats and Dark Flats: 75 exposures
